 Inflatable Mechanical Flotation Machine Function

There are many types of gold flotation machine, the most commonly used is SF series mechanical agitation type flotation machine.Gold flotation machine is refered as the mining equipment to complete the separating process of gold ore.In the flotation machine, pulp after join medicament treatment, by mixing, inflatable, make the gold particles selectively fixation on the bubble;and float to the surface of pulp, and scraped out as to form foam products. The rest is retained in the pulp, in order to achieve the purpose of the separation of minerals.

  Inflatable Mechanical Flotation Machine Structure

The flotation machine is mainly composed of tub, impeller, cover plate, bell, circular cylinder, spindle, central cylinder and cylinder, etc. It consists of two trough a unit, two tub back-to-back connection.

Flotation Machine Principle

When the impeller rotates, the pulp in the impeller chamber ,after being mixed with air, was thrown ou.and makink the impeller blade back into a negative pressure zone. Cycle pulp between the circular tube and a bell ring hole into the negative pressure zone.Through the center tube and a bell, the low pressure air enters into the impeller chamber which being sealed by the circulating slurry .This will cause air and pulp mixing within the impeller chamber, due to the effects of the centrifugal force of the rotating impeller, the mixture was struck on the cover and the impeller blade and further to make the air bubble fine dispersed in the slurry.Under the action of vertical circulation upwelling,air bubble spread upward from the whole at the bottom of the tank bottom,in the quiet area of the upper trough and separated from the gangue minerals. Useful mineral was elected to the foam products.
